How I work, and what to expect.

Therapy is deeply personal. The work we do together is shaped around what you're carrying, what you're hoping for, and what feels safe enough to try. Below is an overview of my specialties, the way I see clients, and what sessions cost.

Areas I work in most

Specialties · Nine
i.

Trauma

Big-T, including surviving domestic abuse, sexual assault, childhood and medical trauma, and small-t trauma, including the kinds that don't have an obvious name yet — chronic stress, attachment wounds, and the weight of things that "shouldn't have been a big deal."

ii.

EMDR Therapy

An evidence-based approach to reprocess traumatic memories so they no longer keep their grip on your nervous system, your relationships, and your daily life.

iii.

Brainspotting

A body-based, deeply attuned approach for accessing and releasing trauma stored beneath conscious thought and is especially helpful when talk therapy has only gone so far.

iv.

Couples & Relationships

For couples ready to repair, reconnect, or get honest. Whether you're rebuilding trust, navigating a hard season, or trying to find each other again.

v.

Communication

Most relationship pain isn't really about the dishes. We'll work on the patterns underneath — defensiveness, shutdown, reactivity so the hard conversations feel possible.

vi.

Life Transitions

Career shifts, becoming a parent, leaving a relationship, loss, identity changes. The in-between is its own kind of grief and its own kind of opening.

vii.

Family Conflict

For families and family members navigating tension, estrangement, blended-family dynamics, or generational patterns no one has been able to name out loud.

viii.

Anxiety & Stuckness

For when you're high-functioning on the outside and exhausted on the inside, or when you can name the problem clearly but can't seem to move through it.

ix.

Self-Worth & Identity

The work of remembering — or finally meeting — who you are underneath the roles, the performance, and the people-pleasing.

Sessions, your way

In-Person & Online
i. — In-Person

Roseville office

My office is at 2200-B Douglas Blvd., Suite 140, Roseville, CA 95661 — a quiet, comfortable space designed for the work. I see clients here from across Roseville, Granite Bay, Rocklin, and the greater Sacramento area.

ii. — Online

Anywhere in California

Secure, HIPAA-compliant video sessions for clients across California. Online therapy works especially well for parents, busy professionals, and anyone who'd rather do the work from a familiar space.

Fees

All Sessions 50 Minutes
i. Individual Session 50-minute private session, in-person or online $200
ii. Couples Session 50-minute relationship session, in-person or online $250
iii. Initial Consultation 15-minute video call to see if we're a fit No charge
A Note on Insurance

I do not accept insurance.

All services are private pay. Superbills are available upon request for clients who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement on their own. Working outside of insurance allows me to give your care my full attention without diagnosis requirements, session limits, or anyone else dictating the shape of our work.

Your Right to a Good Faith Estimate

No Surprises Act notice.

Under the federal No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your care will cost. Health-care providers must give patients who don't have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical and mental-health services. You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill. Keep a copy of your estimate in a safe place. For questions, call (916) 299-7271 or visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
